In my personal opinion, Trump's last announcement drew out a Ukranian false flag attempt to start World War 3.
The fact that the Ukranian missile was exposed on the same day and their bid for WW3 was swiftly shut down was an incredible turn of events. 
Everything Trump does has a strategy behind it, whether we can discern it or not. 
What he will announce is not as important as the knowledge that he's got a plan, he's working for the people, and this journey has a happy ending.
