So, I’m in DC today. Looking out the window of my hotel and watching the chaos surrounding the Willard hotel and looking toward the entrance to the White House. And right around the time of this announcement TAPS starts playing on a loudspeaker outside. No idea if this is normal but seemed kinda crazy.
