In a very short time, China and Joe Biden have announced Military Occupation indirectly. The Occupying Power's territory extends 12 miles over the Atlantic Ocean, which is why the Occupying Force (military) shot the balloon down that far out under the guise of "public safety."
China announced that "China always acts in strict accordance with international law and respects the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries." China, via Joe Biden infiltration and 2020 voter fraud inserting paid-for politicians, is the Occupying Power. They exercise some legal authority and sovereignty.
Joe slipped with his "outside" 12-mile comment.

Some things about the shooting down of the spy balloon that don't make sense to me.
So the military just lets it float across the whole contenental United States before taking action
The excuse not to shoot it down over land holds no merit.
Hundreds of unpopulated square miles of land in the Midwest to shoot it down with little to no danger to civilians.
Why destroy the actual equipment with a missile and not just pop the balloon and let it fall to Earth
The deflated balloon would actually slow the decent and make recovery of the equipment possible
Why blast into a million pieces over the ocean creating a debris field over 15 miles.
Was it an actual spy balloon or was it a delivery vehicle for a bioweapon?
This is the only rational explanation I can think of to let it pass over and totally destroy it over the ocean.
If this is the case why did the military not deal with the balloon before it entered our airspace.
NORAD tracks everything about to enter US airspace and in US airspace including satellites.
