Quebec Cardinal–Considered Potential Successor To Pope Francis–Named In Sexual Assault Lawsuit
Ouellet, 78, who has not been charged with any crimes, is named as a perpetrator in the lawsuit, which represents 101 victims who were allegedly sexually assaulted by priests in the Quebec church, mostly as minors, since the 1940s.
Ouellet, who was appointed Archbishop of Quebec in 2002 and made a cardinal by the late Pope John Paul II one year later, has been considered a possible successor to 85-year-old Pope Francis, who said last month that the “door is open” to retirement.
The allegations are part of two class actions filed Tuesday, including one against the Brothers of the Christian Schools of Francophone Canada, which includes 193 victims of alleged sexual abuse by 116 members of the organization.

Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the U.S. Constitution grants Congress the power to declare war. The President, meanwhile, derives the power to direct the military after a Congressional declaration of war from Article II, Section 2, which names the President Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces. These provisions require cooperation between the President and Congress regarding military affairs, with Congress funding or declaring the operation and the President directing it.
Presidents have often engaged in military operations without express Congressional consent.

I thought this might be important. I have had this solar app on my phone for well over a year. I have never received an alert that said CRITICAL on it. It made a big alarm noise that about scared me to death. Just thought everyone should know about this. It all depends on what section of the Earth is facing the sun when all these CMEs pancake one on top of each other into us. Just eyes on I guess in case it’s facing the USA 🤷♀️🤷♀️👀👀
