When a child is young they are accessed for abilities, and then grouped into sections with other children who have similar abilities. Some have natural singing or dancing abilities. The subjects are trained for optimal adrenal output, and controlled aggression. Those that are delta programmed are devoid of fear and are very systematic in carrying out their assignment.
“Self-destruct” or suicide instructions are layered in at this level.
