A New York judge has ruled in favor of President Trump's effort to block a pair of Manhattan district attorney subpoenas seeking emails sent by former first lady Melania Trump and other documents in his New York criminal case.

The judge, Juan Merchan, ruled that the subpoenas were overly broad. Prosecutors for Manhattan D.A. Alvin Bragg's office had sought to obtain those emails and documents as part of a felony case against Trump for alleged falsification of business records.

California - Mysterious Chinese Lab with Traces of Multiple Viruses, as well as Malaria, E. coli, and hepatitis “Found” in California Lab

A Covid lab run by a shady Chinese Company operating out of Reedly California, in the San Joaquin Valley.

The lab, which was supposed to be an empty building, was discovered by Reedly city code enforcement officers when they saw a garden hose attached to the building and investigated.

The building has been illegally operated since October 2022 by Wang Zhaolin of Prestige Biotech, and the lab was used to produce COVID-19 tests and pregnancy tests.

CDC found potentially infectious agents at the location. These included both bacterial and viral agents, including: chlamydia, E. Coli, streptococcus pneumonia, hepatitis B and C, herpes 1 and 5 and rubella. The CDC also found samples of malaria.”

MY THOUGHTS:
This is not just something that happens and you brush it off… someone with authority had to have approved this.

We have corrupt, blackmailed, & incompetent crooks in this country allowing China to develop diseases to be released right in our back yard.
