Amber alert for sailor Tucker again 3:12 pm central time in Texas Panhandle area

I just got my second amber alert here in San Antonio. 😳

This is strange. In order for it to be considered an Amber alert they have to have a car make, model, year and license plate numbers and it's usually a person they know who took them. Well in the state of Idaho that's how it is.
