Yep. But I’m torn on this fact being good news or bad news…..bc it could definitely be seen as a positive.
Remember, Imran Awan received a plea deal & was protected in court bc he was “assisting in an ongoing criminal matter”.
So he was (and IS) controlled by white hats— therefore Judge Chutkan was forced to cooperate in Imran’s case.
So……is she also being forced to cooperate in THIS case??? 🤔
Post I made from Nov 2022 above…..& I’m gonna forward link from another Nov 2022 post that helped me make the connection that it was, in fact, the same judge in both cases ;)

A federal judge ruled Wednesday that former Trump White House official Peter Navarro failed to prove former President Trump invoked executive privilege that Navarro says prevented him from testifying before the House Jan. 6 committee. His trial will proceed as planned next week.
Navarro was charged with contempt of Congress after refusing to cooperate with a congressional investigation into the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack.
