Are the observed red “aurora” the result of HAARP?
The University of Alaska announces that HAARP is conducting "a research campaign to study artificial glow and very low frequency/extremely low frequency (VLF/ELF) radio waves" from 11/4 to 11/7/23.¹
WELT reports that the red “Northern Lights” were observed over Austria, Bavaria and Saxony on the night of November 5th to 6th.²
Furthermore, this phenomenon, which certainly did not occur naturally, has been observed in many other places around the world.
Is it a coincidence that these observations were made during the period in which the HAARP "research campaign" is being conducted?
