It all started in 2000-2001, Was that around 9/11??
In 2000 and 2001, California suffered a series of rolling blackouts. Electric utilities in the state had been deregulated in the 1990s. This led to higher wholesale energy costs and serious financial problems for many of the state's electric utilities.

Isn't anyone else curious what may happen during Obama's Presidential portrait unveiling tomorrow?
Sure it will be covered by MSM. What if Trump "whited out" Obama in the mist of all that weird greenery.
There is a reason they keep showing Trump with an unfinished, unveiled painting I'm sure.
"As if he never existed"
