President Trump gave the Secretary of Defense authority to authorize the Reserve Components to Active Duty.
It was activated January 6, 2021.
Never in the History of the United States have we ever called into duty all 50 states Reserves until January 6 & 17, 2021.
They’ve been active out of their states and the U.S. EVERY SINGLE DAY since those dates 💯
Which means… President Trump is still President acting Commander-in-Chief because that order along with visual evidence through Operations since Jan 2021 shows:

10 US Code 246
Stafford Act
Presidential Emergencies Act
Law of War Manual
47 US Code 606 - War Powers of President
EXTENDED his powers as President via Articles of the Constitution.
