Storm fiona is to hit peurto rico today, out of curiosity i looked up submarine ports and the one that came up is called Roosevelt roads... RR? Then going further down the article it shows a picture of the “Ohio- classic ballistic missile submarine USS Maryland, Roosevelt Roads naval station 1997”. Its closed as a naval base and has had several” this is what we wanna dos” in 2012 it was considered to be used for spacex!
