Per Law of War chapter 11.7.2 "Censorship and Other Regulation of the Media" the Occupying Power (fraudulent government) is allowed censorship and regulation of media.

11.3 > End of Occupation
aka "when the fraudulent government is removed and replaced by the legitimate government"

So when Trump returns, or shortly after as 11.3 is determined by a competent authority of the military, censorship and regulation should end. 🤔
