Geese fly in a V formation and rotate positions. The leaders doing most the work, when tired fall back to rest their bodies....do you know why they continue to honk from back there?
The leaders do not honk, they focus on flying and creating the drafts for the ones behind them to ride.
The ones in the back, physically tired start honking and keep honking to motivate the ones leading the charge.
It's okay to rest, but keep encouraging those who are leading the charge, and when we switch and you're leading, I promise you'll hear my honk, believing in you while you create a path for us.
All of nature is this balance of leading, rest, help, and encouragement if we are willing to see it.
When things get tense, we naturally want to step up, many ways we can, and when we need fo rest we choose whether to feel the tense and deliver more tense or feel the tense and offer more motivation.
You will always feel the latter from me as I rest. I choose this and can promise it to everyone here.
We will not bend, we will not give in.
