*NOTES
1 - Signout mi account before flashing this rom don't login mi account while setuping to avoid stucking issue

2 - if you forgot to remove the mi account or it still detected mi account and you're stuck, then login the same mi account in another device and remove the device on which you installed the rom then format the device in recovery and reboot and you're good to go

Note: don't use format & download in sp tool, you will loose imei and can't recover it if you don't have imei backup


Install python from windows store depending upon your os version or link

Download : bypass utility, sptool, fastboot rom

Done installing python? Reboot your pc
Unzip all other zip
Open bypass utility folder
Right click on empty space and open command prompt (cmd)

Then Type
python -m pip install pyusb pyserial json5
(internet must connected)

Reboot pc again
This is one time process
the end

Now open bypass folder
And open cmd and type
"Python main.py"
and connect phone in power off mode while holding all buttons (if your phone rebooting then wait for going it black and then connect and hold all buttons
Command will show protection desabled

Now don't remove cable
And open redmi note 9 flash tool folder(sp tool) and you know how to use it
Only use download(bootloader will stay unlocked) or upgrade(it will lock the bootloader)
Don't use format all+download you will lost your imei
After flash completed = reboot device
