We delisted the following markets: COS, G, LAUNCHCOIN, LOOKS, AVAIL, SWEAT
Explanation: when external exchanges delist, this affects the construction of the index (oracle) price, which is an aggregate of external price sources. When the index price drops below a quality threshold, we delist the markets as well to avoid disruption. All open positions are settled at the settlement price.

Over $1M in referral rewards have been paid out retroactively in USDC:
* 0.5bps of volume referred for activity before ref reward changes on Oct 17.
* 5% of spread paid by referrals for activity after Oct 17.
Going forward, referral rewards will accumulate in the rewards page to be claimed by users.
Other changes from this release include…
* A setting for “privacy mode” that hides $ values.
* A setting to “play sound on order fill.”
* Each address is now limited to three loss refunds per day.
* Referral code anti-botting has been adjusted to give users 1 week after signing up to trade.
* Rate limits have been made more forgiving.
