During World War II Germany developed sonic weapons that could literally shake a person from the inside out.
The sound waves created caused dizziness and nausea at 300 meters and could kill someone at 50 meters.
In the 2nd and 3rd images we see an interpretation from the book of Joshua, where the Israelites trumpeted to break down the walls of Jericho in 1273 BC. So could these ancient people really have developed any modern sonic weapons like the Germans did?

Cossacks taking down the Bolsheviks (written by American communist Albert Rhys Williams)
On the third day the troops arrive. Bicycle battalions, the reserve regiments, and then long grim lines of horsemen, the sun glancing on the tips of their lances. They are the Cossacks, ancient foes of the revolutionists, bringing dread to the workers and joy to the bourgeoisie. The avenues are filled now with well-dressed throngs cheering the Cossacks, crying, "Shoot the rabble." "String up the Bolsheviks."

"For a samurai, a simple word is important no matter where he may be. By just one single word martial valor can be made apparent. In peaceful times words show one's bravery. In troubled times, too, one knows that by a single word his strength or cowardice can be seen. This single word is the flower of one's heart. It is not something said simply with one's mouth. A warrior should not say something fainthearted even casually. He should set his mind to this beforehand. Even in trifling matters the depths of one's heart can be seen. No matter what it is, there is nothing that cannot be done. If one manifests the determination, he can move heaven and earth as he pleases. But because man is pluckless, he cannot set his mind to it... effort is simply a matter of concentration."

“Soldiers of my Old Guard, I bid you farewell.
For twenty years, you have constantly been by my side on the road to honour and glory. You have always behaved with courage and fidelity. Again in these last days, you have given me proof of this.
In your hands, our cause would not have been lost. For three years I could have waged a civil war; but France would only have been more unhappy, there would have been no definitive outcome. The allied powers were presenting all of Europe united against us. One part of the army betrayed me; parties were created to form another government. I have sacrificed all my personal interests for the good of the nation; so I am leaving. You will serve her always with glory and honour; you will be faithful to your new sovereign. Receive my thanks. I cannot embrace you all, I will embrace your leader, I will also embrace your flag. Come, General, bring forward the flag…”

Colonel John Boyd's approach to tactical decision making: the OODA Loop
Colonel Boyd was a fighter pilot, who served in the United States Air Force during World War II, the Korean War, and Vietnam. The OODA Loop was originally known as the “Boyd cycle.” OODA loops are denoscriptions of tactical air-to-air engagement, means of adjusting strategies in constant coevolution with one’s strategic environment, and metaphors for life itself. "...without OODA Loops... we will find it impossible to comprehend, shape, adapt to, and in turn be shaped by an unfolding, evolving reality that is uncertain, ever changing, and unpredictable" (Boyd, 1995). The process of observation, orientation, decision, action represents what takes place during the command and control (C&C) process.
1. Observe (Information Gathering)
2. Orientate (Filter & comprehend the information)
3. Decide (Make the best possible decision based on the filtered information)
4. Act (Take action / react)
