Hi everyone, welcome to this channel! I will share some materials about the course by tomorrow.
Question for assignment #1: Describe three theories on how cortical folding happens.
Question for assignment #2: Using a simple mathematical formulation, describe the transformation of visual space from retina to V1.
I have written this book chapter a long time ago, but it can still be useful:

Jack Gallant Lab has developed a software called Brain Viewer. They have also provided an online version (i.e. no need to download the software). It has nice visualization tools for learning cortical neuroanatomy and retinotopy.
