The real reason she was fired was because she was circumventing the middle man (i.e. Aviel). She was accepting thousands of dollars worth of donations - none of which Aviel got a cut for because it was under the table. Basically he had a jew moment and got mad because he felt ripped off kek.
Everything else he listed in the termination letter about relationships and drugs is an absolute red herring.
