The United States Department of Justice has released documents regarding the Genesis Market domain seizure.

The FBI got a copy of the Genesis Market backend December 9th, 2020. They were able to get usernames, passwords, emails, Jabber accounts, BTC addresses, etc.

Reuters journalist's reports Ukrainian hackers have breached Sergey Morgachev, an individual wanted by the FBI and officer in the GRU (Гла́вное управле́ние Генера́льного шта́ба Вооружённых сил Росси́йской Федера́ции). Ukrainian hackers discovered personal details about Morgachev, including his Twitter account.
