🇷🇺 have likely captured Lysychansk. There appears to have been no heavy fighting to take the city which indicates that most, if not all, 🇺🇦 forces had already withdrawn.

🇺🇦 forces advanced in the north of Kherson oblast and recaptured the settlement of Ivanivka.

Lysychansk has been fully occupied by 🇷🇺 forces.

🇷🇺 captured Bilohorivka, and therefore all settlements in Luhansk Oblast are now under 🇷🇺 control.
