The Sidelkino cluster formed roughly 15kya as a mixture between Ancient North Eurasians and Epigravettian hunter-gatherers of the Balkans.

Y-DNA lineages include forms of R1a, R1b, Q1, and J1.
mtDNA lineages include U2, U4, U5, R1b, and C1.

The Sidelkino cluster were important genetic contributors to both the Yamnaya cluster and early Finno-Ugric speakers during the Bronze Age.

I’d like to clarify something regarding my last post. What I meant by ”of mostly local ancestry” is that the sample was not genetically Scythian. He likely represents a European population that was absorbed into Scythian culture when the Scythians migrated into Ukraine
