🌟 21 Day Gratitude Challenge - Day 2

Welcome to day two of the World Council for Health 21 Day Gratitude Challenge! If you missed yesterday, don't worry! Let's review the instructions so you can get on your way to being grateful:

Each day we'll post a simple prompt here on Telegram. When you have a few minutes of free time, grab some paper, find a nice spot to sit, reflect on the prompt, then write your answer. Spend as much or as little time on it as you please. And if you're new to this practice, it's okay to start small.

Why are we hosting this campaign? The practice of gratitude can have a significant impact on your overall well-being! But sometimes we need a little push to make it a part of our routine. Consider this your push and then you'll soon be reaping the benefits of gratitude!

We look forward to welcoming International teacher, activist and speaker Darren Diojee from Scotland to join us next Monday to give us an education around shifting from an alternative legal perspective to a tribal one. This is going to be a really interesting presentation and will no doubt encourage us all to open our minds to new potential ways of living. If you are interested to get a sneak peek and get to know Darren a bit better, check out this video on Positive Masculinity from 2018. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PTO8atqLjaQ

📍 World Council for Health Statement on Lockdowns

World Council for Health (WCH) is strongly opposed to the use of lockdowns as a tool to prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2. Lockdowns, shelter-in-place orders, and mobility restrictions have been shown to do more harm than good.

Restricting mobility has been one of the primary tools used by governments throughout the pandemic, but these actions have harmful consequences, many of which will not be fully realized for years to come.

World Council for Health emphasizes that lockdowns should not be imposed on society as a whole or limited to certain portions of society. Not only is the latter strategy not based on evidence, it is discriminatory and will lead to segregation and two-tiered societies, splitting apart families and communities.

The meeting runs from 7-9pm GMT. Katarina Lindley will be joining us from this organisation that has been going since 1943.
