Mobile phone safety testing requires liquid in a bucket and a thermometer to measure heating effects after a 6 minute call. A pointless (non-biological) safety test that has been going on since the mid 90s. This dummy test helped proliferate the market with technologies that would not have otherwise passed a legitimate safety test.
