🔰 Blur un-hovered items in CSS

🔥 Recently there was a new addition to CSS, the :has pseudo selector. This helps to select a parent element when it's children satisfy some condition.

Here we are using it to select all the non-hovered elements inside the container, when at least one of the items in the container is selected.
