We have confirmed the facts regarding the people involved, as well as Akai Haato and Kiryu Coco. As a result, we have confirmed that both of them disclosed and made secondary use of confidential statistical data of their YouTube channels, on their respective YouTube channels, and that they made comments about the content of the data regarding people living in certain areas.
We are currently implementing and reinforcing compliance training for our talents in accordance with our internal guidelines. It is a fact that these actions were in violation of our company's guidelines and the content of the contract, and we take this matter very seriously as an act of lack of awareness and responsibility for the position and influence that they are in.
