the painting on the dragon ornament isn't going very well. I screwed up the shade paint, and the basepaint, and I think it might be too late to dry brush. Moreover, I was a fool to print the leaves on them so thin. They keep catching the brush. But because I spent so long on it, I simply can't throw it out. I've come this far. If the end result of this looks like some train-paint nightmare from when I was 12, then so beit.

3D Printing tip: If you want to enter a nightmarish world where pain and pleasure are indivisible, you don't need a golden puzzlebox: Just TRY TO PRINT SOMETHING PAPER THIN. I guarantee if your print is under 1mm, it will fall apart or be an ordeal to paint. Swords, scales, banners, you name it. If that thing is thinner than 1mm, it will make you regret every decision you've ever made up to this point.
