if you think advice works, then advice ChatGPT to permanently change its behavior, you can't you have to go deep with in the model and practically retrain it. and open ai won't give you that access

but that's what you have to do

only you have access to your own deep model nobody else

the primary purpose of language was to communicate with others. when it comes to yourself, you can only rebuild with silence. when there is silence the action becomes clear

if language is the primary way in which you communicate with yourself then you are limited by your persona, and will remain within the confines of your super ego

you can't prompt ChatGPT new knowledge, it hasn't earned it, new knowledge must get tokenized - pulverized and fused with all other knowledge

its the same thing with humans, you can't just take other people's ideas, without doing the mental tokenization and fusion
