This time, the ESD file is also placed within the Windows Live ISO file itself. So if you don't have a ready bootable flash drive, just boot the ISO and select the Windows ESD file in the virtual mounted drive by Winntsetup in running Windows Live. Those who had a bootable flash drive and only want the ESD, open the iso file with 7zip/ultraiso/poweriso or mount it within Windows 10-11 by double clicking on it to find the "Windows 10 25H2 IoT Enterprise LTSC 19044.6093.esd"file inside to install it via winntsetup.

if you need some of the Microsoft apps & features that are absent in the LTSC version such as phone,xbox,store,etc, you can get it from the following page, but first:
1-head to Settings > Update & Security > For Developers. Ensure the setting here is enabled either “Sideload apps” or “Developer mode”. if you can install " .msixbundle" files in extracted Zip files by clicking it , you are good to go; but, if not doable, try the next step by commandline :
2-Right click start menu and run "windows PowerShell admin" and enter following command:
add-appxpackage -path "[PathToAppx].Appx"
which in ""[PathToAppx].Appx"" , enter the address of files
