And it tastes pretty decent too even though this isn't meant to be drunk

I have a TON to run through that I just haven't started to make and they're two separate drinks

Halloween always means that I get to pick up pumpkin for next to nothing and make a sick batch of pumpkin wine with it (I got on Saturday)

First things first, open up the pumpkin and scoop out the innards

Then peel, chop and boil it all until it breaks down into...

Make a simple syrup if you want, you may use sugar by itself as well

Get your receptacle and fruit mash bag ( I don't know what these are called) and dump it all in

Forgot to add nutrients and yeast

Bonus: You may also eat the seeds as a snack but getting rid of the guts is a chore. Fill a bowl/pot up with water and swirl all the guts around a bit. The seeds will start to separate by themselves and float to the top whilst all the innards stay at the bottom. Dry or roast as needed.

Apple peel and core mead/wine. Fermenting 1 and a half months roughly.

Taste test and testing before bottling. Green label 13.2 abv% second more brown one 17 abv%. Both have been racked twice and back-sweetened with honey/brown sugar and cleared of all fermentation. Brain cells slowing, bottles cleansed. Yeah, buddy, it's winter time.
