Since it came up in conversation IRL recently, I've got a personal anecdote to share:
If you're going to make spicy food, in this case shakshuka, buy some food prep gloves. I thought I washed my hands thoroughly enough after cutting all the peppers, but instead I inflicted spicy butted hole and peepnis on me and my former partner.
