In 2014, Neil Moore, an Englishman on trial for large-scale fraud, obtained a smartphone and registered a domain very similar to one of the official domains of the court system. He created an e-mail account on the domain and used it to send an e-mail to prison officials instructing them to release Moore on bail. The prisoner was not noticed missing until three days later, and that was by his lawyer.
