According to nutritionist Michael Mosley, short workouts of 10 minutes 3 times a day allow you to accustom yourself with the port and not to throw it because of lack of time.
"The amazing thing about short workouts is that they provide the same, and perhaps even greater, figure and health benefits as a full 30-minute workout," said the nutritionist.
