An American bulldog named Tuk Tuk has become a new social media star—he really does have a huge head.
Tuktuk's head is twice the size of a human's, which is a characteristic of the breed: bullies are specifically bred to have very wide jaws and massive chests.
Despite his intimidating appearance, Tuktuk is a real softie and a bit lazy.

A Chinese couple had a blonde-haired, blue-eyed baby girl.
At first, the man suspected infidelity and was already thinking about divorce, but a DNA test suddenly confirmed that the girl was definitely his.
The parents then began to dig into their family tree and found Russian roots in the father's grandfather — after him, only boys were born in the family, but only now have the Slavic genes made themselves known.
The girl with her unique appearance became famous throughout China and was inundated with advertising offers.
There is no need to show the baby's face immediately after birth.

A rare location in China has gone viral online—the Valley of the Immortals. Almost no one knows about this fairy-tale town built right on the rocks, so there are practically no tourists there. It takes only 2 hours to get there from Shanghai. Hotel rooms cost about $80 per night, and a visa to China is no longer required.

In Dubai, there are plans to build the Emirates Air Hotel for $3 billion—a 580-meter skyscraper with a real A380 on the roof: the plane will feature a bar, a restaurant in the cockpit, and glass platforms on the wings. The complex will also feature a swimming pool with views, luxury suites, Michelin-starred restaurants, and a helipad. The opening is scheduled for 2029.

Uzbekistan has become the first country in the world to ban cash purchases of new cars, apartments, alcohol, tobacco products, and even drinking water. In addition, cash can no longer be used to pay for electricity, fuel, government services, or any goods costing more than 25 million soums (about $160,000). In this way, the country hopes to "defeat the shadow economy" and minimize the use of cash payments by 2030.

In Icelandic legends, there is a creature called Yulekattturin, a giant Christmas cat that roams the countryside in December and devours lazy people.
Only those who wore new clothes on Christmas Eve, especially socks, could be saved. In the past, this meant that a person was not lazy, but processed sheep's wool and sewed warm clothes before the cold weather set in, without which it was impossible to survive the winter.
Let's not be lazy, or the cat will eat us.

Farting is good for your health, according to research.
In an experiment, scientists had mice inhale hydrogen sulfide, the same gas that is released when farting. As a result, the rodents' neurodegenerative processes slowed down, and their memory and motor skills improved.
It turned out that hydrogen sulfide is involved in cellular signaling mechanisms and protects neurons. Scientists believe that it could be used to create a powerful medicine.
