Blockscout & KMS Enhancements:
- Debugged Blockscout stats and fixed MetaMask integration.
- Automated KMS stack rebuilds for better reliability.

Staging & DevOps:
- Configured a staging environment for isolated testing.
- Expanded DevOps tasks for improved monitoring and cost-saving.

Testnet Deployment:
- Updated Blockscout frontend for a better user experience.
- Implemented and tested encoding solutions for FHE libraries.
