We have been made aware of the Seraph situation and previous Seraph team members.

We'd like to clarify that Seraphnet operates independently from our team. It is the first of Zero1's ecosystem projects. Seraph was incubated during their V1 with a fully doxed team. Cypher and all of Zero1 infrastructure are open source and freely available for any team to build on.

Zero1 operates independently with its own team, verifiable on LinkedIn and public hackathons.
