🇪🇺 Il parlamento europeo ha detto sì al diritto alla riparazione
Tre giorni fa il parlamento europeo, durante la votazione sulle regole comuni per la promozione della riparazione dei beni e quasi all'unanimità, ha votato positivamente alla relazione del comitato di riferimento che migliora significativamente il diritto alla riparazione, coprendo anche il problema dei costi e della disponibilità dei pezzi di ricambio(ma solo per smartphone, tablet, server, lavatrici, asciugatrici, lavastoviglie, frigoriferi, monitor, aspirapolveri e attrezzatura di saldatura), delle pratiche antiriparazione, dell'assenza delle informazioni e strumenti utili alla riparazione e promuovendone un ecosistema aperto.
Inoltre sarà obbligatorio per i produttori dare la possibilità di far riparare i prodotti anche fuori dal periodo di garanzia e preferirla rispetto alla sostituzione.
Al momento il testo deve comunque sopravvivere durante le varie negoziazione interistituzionali.

Tre giorni fa il parlamento europeo, durante la votazione sulle regole comuni per la promozione della riparazione dei beni e quasi all'unanimità, ha votato positivamente alla relazione del comitato di riferimento che migliora significativamente il diritto alla riparazione, coprendo anche il problema dei costi e della disponibilità dei pezzi di ricambio(ma solo per smartphone, tablet, server, lavatrici, asciugatrici, lavastoviglie, frigoriferi, monitor, aspirapolveri e attrezzatura di saldatura), delle pratiche antiriparazione, dell'assenza delle informazioni e strumenti utili alla riparazione e promuovendone un ecosistema aperto.
Inoltre sarà obbligatorio per i produttori dare la possibilità di far riparare i prodotti anche fuori dal periodo di garanzia e preferirla rispetto alla sostituzione.
Al momento il testo deve comunque sopravvivere durante le varie negoziazione interistituzionali.
