ACSW conducted another mixed martial arts training session this time in the ancient landscape of Dartmoor, with sparring and take downs as a focus.

ACSW England met with AC Lietuva for a tour commemorating the June Uprising in Kaunas, 1941. This marks the beginning of a special relationship between our two clubs. We look forward to tribing and training together in the future. Ačiū!

On this day, we remember the brave Lithuanian men and women who rose up to fight for the freedom of our Homeland against the Red occupiers in 1941. Their determination and sacrifice are an inspiration for us all to be worthy of their memory. This week, we met at a local gym to test our PRs in bench, deadlift, and max pull-ups. We finished the session with lat pulldowns and barbell curls.
