In September 2023, a judge ruled that a policy preventing parents from knowing about their own child’s gender identity in school constitutes a “trifecta of harm” against parents, teachers, and students and violates the U.S. Constitution.

In January, Dr. Simone Gold and the AFLDS legal team filed an amici curiae brief with the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, in support of the Plaintiffs in Bridges v. The Methodist Hospital.
