It's difficult to say when this missile attack with the bombers will take place. For one, it looks like the final preparations are underway after the landing of the 2 Tu-95s at Engels-2 and the redeployment of all 6 Tu-95s from Belaya to Olenya, however its possible that the 6 bombers which flew from Belaya were not equipped with missiles and are instead going to have to fly south to Engels and then back to Olenya. As 2 have already done this, it would leave 4 more to be equipped.

Its either going to be very soon (i.e. 2-3 days) or around a week away.

Currently, 2 Kablir-carriers are in the waters of the black sea, with a total possible salvo of up to 8 Kalibr cruise missiles. More may follow, and launches are possible from the ports.

Considering there are 2-4 Tu-95s stationed at Engels-2 right now, if a missile attack does take place, we may see these ones take part, even though they aren't stationed at Olenya.

Additionally, if there is an attack, it will finally confirm that Tu-95s and Tu-160s are indeed being equipped with missiles at Belaya Airbase.

As the departure is earlier than usual for a typical strike night, the purpose of the flights is not definite.
