It seems the other one from that pair was shot down near Slavuta, Khmelnytskyi Oblast.

The second one was shot down too. 3 impacts, 4 shoot downs. Pretty bad ratio for Russia, but not surprising considering the course the missiles took.

A Kh-31P impacted the vicinity of Odesa City. An explosion was heard.

Apparently this is a cruise missile. Another one is flying in the same direction.

The second one disappeared over the Black Sea. Likely a misidentification.
