In the Pokrovsk direction, Russian forces continue to advance and have made significant progress in the southern suburbs of the city.

Russian forces advanced east from their foothold in the Kalynivka District, completing its capture and reaching the Shakhtarskyi District. Other forces then pushed north, occupying the largely empty positions and trench fortifications to the south, and completed the capture of the fortified areas at the railway intersection.

Additionally, they continued to advance north up the railway line, capturing the rest of Chunyshyne and most of Novopavlivka. Despite this, the guitar-shaped fortification to the south is still yet to be cleared.

Russian assault units and DRGs are now actively operating in the Shakhtarskyi District, although there is no known established line of contact here, and the situation remains very fluid. DRGs are probably entering from the west in the area of Yuvileynyy Park, and from the south from the Kalnyivka District.

+ ~12.0km² in favour of Russia.

In the Novopavlivka direction, Russian forces continue to advance and have made additional progress in the area of the Donetsk-Dnipropetrovsk Regional Border.

Russian forces advanced in four areas. In the east, they cleared out most of the remaining Ukrainian positions in the salient northwest of Oleksiivka, advancing downhill from the tactical heights. They were able to cross the border into Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, capturing most of a treeline heading west.

To the southwest, Russian forces expanded their zone of control in Donetsk Oblast, capturing positions along three different treelines and reaching the regional border.

To the west, Russian forces advanced further northwest from Dachne in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, establishing control over a forest and nearby forest plantations in the low-lying ground. They were also able to re-secure the western part of Yalta and secured the treelines northeast of Zirka.

In the west, Russian forces advanced from their foothold in the southeastern houses of Zelenyi Hai, expanding outwards and clearing the rest of the residential part of the village. They then pushed further west, capturing the farm buildings and positions in the adjacent treelines.

+ ~30.39km² in favour of Russia.

Footage showing the current state of the Shakhtarskyi and Lazurnyi Districts in southern Pokrovsk.

Despite extensive Russian bombardment by FAB glide-bombs, artillery, MLRS, and drones, the vast majority of the high-rise buildings remain standing and usable for defence (but obviously mostly unliveable for civilians). Because Ukraine doesn't have the manpower to hold the city right now it won't really matter that much for them, but once Russia occupies these buildings, they can still use them as positions.

Currently, most of these buildings are in the grey-zone, with both sides actively operating there with no solid line of contact.

Currently there are 2 Russian Tu-95MS strategic bombers airborne from Olenya Airbase in Murmansk Oblast. They are flying south to the launch lines and will arrive at the likely points to launch cruise missiles in Engels District of Saratov Oblast in roughly 1 hour 10 mins.

There is also 1 Tu-95MS airborne from Engels-2 Airbase which took off around 20 minutes ago and will link up with the 2 bombers from Olenya. It is currently circling somewhere in Saratov Oblast.

2 Tu-160s are also in the air from Borsiglebskoye Airbase in the Republic of Tatarstan, although these may be training or redeploying.

As for Geran-2 drones, there are around 75 in Ukrainian airspace, most of which seem to be flying to the western regions of Ukraine.

⚡️🇺🇸🇮🇱🇵🇸 Jerusalem Post: Following a deadlock over a partial deal that would have seen 10 hostages released in exchange for a 60-day ceasefire, both Washington and Jerusalem are reassessing their strategy.

Several figures in the Trump administration now believe the moment may be right to pursue a comprehensive deal with Hamas—one that would end the war in Gaza and secure the release of all Israeli hostages.

Israeli officials are reportedly weighing an ultimatum to Hamas: accept the deal or face consequences. An Israeli official however did admit that current humanitarian efforts by Israel were due to international pressure.

The 2 Tu-95s from Olenya Airbase have entered northern Saratov Oblast, approaching the launch lines in Engels District. An IL-78 Tanker is airborne from Diaghilev Airbase in Ryazan Oblast, refueling the Tu-95s.

The other Tu-95 from Engels-2 Airbase is circling in southern Saratov Oblast, near the airbase, and the other 2 Tu-160s are circling elsewhere. Its unclear if these will take part in launches of Kh-101 cruise missiles.

The 2 Tu-95s from Olenya carried out launch maneuvers from the Engels launch lines. If the launches were real and not simulated, then we should expect Kh-101 cruise missiles in Ukrainian airspace in 50-70 minutes.
