IDF: Following a situational assessment and in accordance with Home Front Command guidelines, it was decided that restrictions that were set yesterday (Thursday) on the communities of Merom HaGalil, Northern Galilee, Kiryat Shmona, Mevo'ot HaHermon, Yesud HaMa'ala, Hatzor, Rosh Pinna, Safed, Metula and communities in the northern Golan north of Katzrin will be lifted.

The guidelines published on the official Home Front Command channels must continue to be followed. The full instructions are updated on the National Emergency Portal and the Home Front Command app.

Safed was one of the places which was reportedly being evacuated.

Not a good sign

Israeli airstrikes are now targeting the Litani river which splits southern Lebanon off. The goal is probably to cut logistics to the south. Another bad sign.

Air raid alerts are now being declared in northern Israel. It is reported that a barrage of rockets was launched by Hezbollah.
