More explosions in Rivne city. Attacking substations.

Ukrainian airspace is now clear of missiles.

The missile attack appears to be over. At least 45 missiles of various types were used. I will publish a full report + the consequences later on.

The 4 Tu-95MS and 2 Tu-160M strategic bombers landed at Engels-2 Airbase. They may be getting equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles.

The Burshtyn Thermal Power Plant continues to be attacked by Geran-2 drones

Last night and this morning, another large-scale, combined Russian missile and drone attack was carried out on Ukraine.

Missiles launched:

~16 Kh-101 cruise missiles launched from 4 Tu-95MS strategic bombers at their launch lines over the Caspian Sea in Limansky District, Astrakhan Oblast.

~10 Kh-101 cruise missiles launched from 2 Tu-160M strategic bombers at their launch lines over the Caspian Sea in Limansky District, Astrakhan Oblast.

~8 Kalibr cruise missiles launched from 1 "Admiral Essen" frigate in Novorossiysk Bay, Krasnodar Krai.

~8 Kalibr cruise missiles launches from 1 "Admiral Makarov" frigate in Novorossiysk Bay, Krasnodar Krai.

~2 Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles launched from a K-300P Bastion-P TEL installation at Cape Chauda, Crimea.

~26 Kh-101 cruise missiles.
~16 Kalibr cruise missiles.
~2 Zircon hypersonic cruise missiles.

Ukrainian air defence work:

As of the time of writing, there is no information on any missiles being intercepted. This does not necessarily mean there were 0 interceptions, however.

The main targets for this strike was Ukrainian energy infrastructure in the western regions. The following was targeted:

Burshtyn Thermal Power Plant, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast (49.20902, 24.66568) by ~12 Kalibrs.

"Zakhidnoukrainska" 750 kV electrical substation, Lviv Oblast (49.38707, 24.24990) by ~5 Kh-101s & 4 Kalibrs.

Dobrotvir Power Plant, Lviv Oblast (50.21369, 24.37545) by ~9 Kh-101s.

"Rivne" 330 kV electrical substation (50.64139, 26.22372) by ~4 Kh-101s.

"Hrabiv" 330 kV electrical substation (50.71233, 26.11347) by ~4 Kh-101s.

"Vinnytska" 750 kV electrical substation, Vinnytsia Oblast (49.16467, 28.72255) by ~2 Zircons.

Unknown target near Dubno, Rivne Oblast, by ~2 Kh-101s.

Unknown target near Koryst, Rivne Oblast, by ~2 Kh-101s.

Keep in mind, the numbers of missiles launched may be slightly higher than what I've listed, as the number of missiles detected is sometimes lower than actual launches.

As a result of the large-scale Russian missile and drone attack on Ukraine, widespread power outages are ocurring in Vinnytsia Oblast, Rivne Oblast, Lviv Oblast, and Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.

The western regions of Ukraine were attacked rather than Kyiv due to the partial stabilisation of their energy grid.

In addition, due to Geran-2 drone attacks, emergency power outages were implemented in Kyiv Oblast, Odesa Oblast, and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Large fires are burning in the city of Rivne after its two main substations were struck by several Russian Kh-101 cruise missiles.

The moment of an explosion heard from Vinnytsia City after a Zircon hypersonic cruise missile impacted the "Vinnytska" 750 kV electrical substation.

Two Zircons struck the substation in total, resulting in widespread power outages.

A large fire continues to burn at the "Roshen" logistics centre in the city of Yahotyn, Kyiv Oblast, after it was struck by a Russian Geran-4/5 jet-drone overnight.

The warehouse facility has been completely destroyed. Firefighting efforts are ongoing.

Dozens of HIMARS and other rockets to Belgorod. Several impacts.

The radars failed, I guess.

It seems there was some sort of malfunction with Ukrainian radars in western Ukraine during the attack. This could explain the extremely minimal interception rate on the Kh-101 and Kalibr cruise missiles.
