Over the last week, Ukrainian forces have been able to recapture 5 settlements in Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk Oblasts.
These are:
- Ternuvate
- Vovche
- Sosnivka
- Staroukrainka
- Prydorozhnje
As I stated earlier, apart from the Ukrainian mechanised assaults in the Pryluky-Dobropillya area, this is not a large counteroffensive, but rather a series of coordinated clearing operations against lightly-manned and consolidated Russian positions.

I've added a new layer to the interactive map to show areas behind the frontline of low Russian consolidation, but that are under Russian control.

New satellite imagery reveals that as a result of the repeated Ukrainian HIMARS strikes on the "Luch" Thermal Power Plant in Belgorod City, the plant has suffered significant damage and has completely ceased operations.
Both gas turbines have received damage, and the machine room has either been heavily damaged or destroyed. Restoration work is underway, but it is constantly being reset by repeated Ukrainian strikes.

Update on Russian preparations for the next large-scale, combined missile and drone attack on Ukraine: - 3 Tu-95MS redeployed from Dyagilevo Airbase to Engels-2 Airbase (via Olenya Airbase), rather than 4. All have since been equipped with Kh-101 cruise missiles.…
Additional updates on the upcoming Russian combined missile and drone attack on Ukraine:
A Russian Tu-160M strategic bomber redeployed from Borisoglebskoye Airbase, Republic of Tatarstan, to Engels-2 Airbase, Saratov Oblast.
Another IL-76MD aircraft has also arrived at Engels-2, delivering more Kh-101 cruise missiles. The timing and quantities of deliveries suggests that these missiles are intended for the Tu-160M, however this is not confirmed as this specific aircraft hasn't been used for combat missions for some time.
Additionally, another military transport aircraft (An-72) landed at Sescha Airbase, Bryansk Oblast, delivering more Iskander-M ballistic missiles to the OTRK installations in the region. This further indicates that Iskander-Ms will indeed be used in this upcoming attack.
There is also unconfirmed information about the departure of a Tu-95MS strategic bomber from Ukrainka Airbase in the far east, however this could just be related to a training mission rather than a redeployment to western Russia for combat purposes.
The exact date of the attack is still unknown, but as I mentioned earlier it will probably take place in the next 3 days, which could also mean tonight. I will continue to monitor the situation and provide additional updates when more information becomes available.

Correction: The Tu-160M which arrived at Engels-2 Airbase actually arrived from Ukrainka Airbase in the far east. This is one of the 2 Tu-160s which took part in the large missile attack a few days ago, and was already equipped with missiles at Engels-2 Airbase on February 7.
Therefore, the following is equipped with missiles:
- At least 3 Tu-95MS at Engels-2 Airbase
- 2 Tu-95MS at Olenya Airbase
- 1 Tu-160M at Engels-2 Airbase.

Considering the fact that such a large number of Iskander-M ballistic missiles have been delivered to OTRK installations in Bryansk Oblast, there is a high threat to Kyiv City and Kyiv Oblast for the next 2.5 days, including from Kh-101 and Kh-22/32 cruise missiles launched from strategic bombers.
Additionally, there is a high threat to Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, and Zhytomyr Oblasts.

Ukrainian drones from the "Lazar" drone unit of the 27th Pechersk Brigade struck and destroyed a Russian Tornado-S MLRS launcher near Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
This launcher was reportedly the one used to strike multiple 110 kV substations in western Zaporizhzhia City on February 4.
At the end of the video, the rockets can be seen detonating, confirming it was not a decoy. These strikes took place on February 9.
Correction: The MLRS struck in the video was a BM-27 "Uragan", not Tornado-S.

As for the upcoming attack, it will not take place tonight. The highest threat is in place for tomorrow night.
As I stated earlier, Kyiv City and Kyiv Oblast will likely be the main target. If you're in Kyiv right now, be extremely careful from 10pm to 8am tomorrow night. I will provide more updates when additional info becomes available.

New satellite imagery of Primorsko-Akhtarsk Airbase, Krasnodar Krai, shows that Russia is continuing to rapidly expand the Geran-2 drone launch point here.
4 new storage facilities have been constructed in the last two weeks, each of which can store 5-10 Geran-2 drones.
Additionally, 2 new large warehouses have appeared, each of which can store up to 25 drones.
The number of small garages (maximum capacity of 2 drones) remains the same, at 16, however with these new additions, a minimum of 187 drones can now be stored here.
