A recent report by a reliable Russian source states that a Ukrainian counterattack has pushed the Russians out of the last part of Selydove.

Ukrainian forces reportedly advanced from positions in the eastern streets of Selydove, recapturing the last residential area on Myru street. Building on their momentum, they were also reportedly able to recapture the mine and the concrete plant, capturing the last section of the city that was still under Russian control.

The same source also reported that Russian forces were forced to withdraw from the massive Terykon to the northeast of Selydove. While they didn't state that Ukrainian forces established positions there, it wouldn't make sense for the Russians to randomly withdraw from it considering the tactical advantage it offered in the form of surveillance over all of, and fire control over part of the city.

This leads me to believe that if the Ukrainians did recapture the easternmost part of Selydove (which has not been confirmed), then it is likely that they recaptured the Terykon too. This will significantly impede Russian offensive operations on the city, specifically the flanking maneuver from the north which is being conducted. The Ukrainians would have surveillance over the E50 highway and will be able to spot Russian assault groups long before they reach the frontline.

The Russians will likely respond by bombarding the Terykon with FABs and artillery, trying to destroy any firing positions and kill the Ukrainians on it turning it into a death zone.

Overview of the casualties reported by Gaza’s civil defence spokesperson over the 24 hours preceding 9am local time:

Northern Governorate:
11 people were killed as a result of Israeli shelling and airstrikes, including a single airstrike on an unspecified target in the Bir al-Na'ja area which killed 5 people. 4 people were also killed after Israeli artillery shells struck several residential buildings in the Al-Falouja

Gaza Governorate:
4 people were killed, all as a result of a single Israeli airstrike on a residential building near the “Islamic Complex” in the Sabra neighbourhood.

Middle Governorate:
4 people were killed, all as a result of two Israeli airstrikes on residential buildings, one of which in Deir-Al-Balah and another in the Nuseirat refugee camp.

Khan Younis Governorate:
No recorded deaths.

Rafah Governorate:
Several bodies were recovered from different areas of Rafah city.

That’s a total of at least 22 people killed in the past 24 hours.

A Russian Antonov An-30 aircraft has been conducting reconnaissance over the city of Idlib, Northwestern Syria, since this morning, apparently surveying the area for rebel forces.

Meanwhile in the western Aleppo countryside, Syrian government forces destroyed an ammunition depot in a warehouse. Extensive reconnaissance efforts were reportedly carried out in advance.

This warehouse was reportedly set up in an area close to the frontline for logistical support with heavy ammunition, including tank shells, artillery and missiles, in preparation for possible upcoming battles.

Rockets were launched from Lebanon in the direction of Safed, Northern Israel in two waves.

Fighterbomber alluded to the loss of a Russian Su-34 aircraft.

Most sources are confirming it now. It appears that it was lost, although it is unknown if it was during a combat operation.

A new report states that Russian forces managed to continue their advance along the railway line to Pokrovsk, advancing for a total of 2.95km and coming within 1km of Myrnohrad and within 5.6km of Pokrovsk.

If true, we will likely see a Ukrainian withdrawal from the newly formed salient to the east in the coming days.

The situation in Sudan has become bogged down again as both sides attempt to seize the initiative. SAF warplanes continue to strike RSF troop concentration points, which appears to be hindering the RSF’s offensive potential.

Meanwhile in Khartoum, the city centre is burning as the SAF continues to attempt to expand their bridgehead on the eastern bank of the Nile and break the siege of the Army headquarters. No progress has been noted in this area.

Meanwhile in Gaza, localized clashes continue in Jabalia in the northern part of the strip.

I haven’t observed any Israeli advances over the past 48 hours. Israeli forces appear to be satisfied with their progress around the camp, effectively besieging it, and may try to storm it directly in the coming days.

Airstrikes on targets inside the camp continue, and bodies remain strewn throughout the streets as rescuers and paramedics can’t reach them due to constant Israeli artillery shelling, airstrikes and quadcopter attacks.

Israeli aircraft are reportedly bombing the coastal areas of the Al-Mawasi humanitarian zone in Gaza once again. A reminder that Israel has promised not to target this area of Gaza as it is a “safe zone for civilians.”

In the west bank, Israeli forces conducted another incursion into the city of Nablus.

Before the raids took place, a reconnaissance drone was active in the skies of Nablus. Israeli forces then moved in with armoured vehicles and soldiers but were met with resistance from Palestinian fighters. An Infantry force moved into the old part of the city, where small arms battles broke out while an armoured force simultaneously moved towards the Municipal stadium where a house was raided.

In old Nablus, an explosive device was detonated against Israeli forces as they destroyed a memorial. Israeli forces continued to raid houses in the old city, until another explosive device was detonated against them. More small arms battles broke out shortly afterwards, before the IDF conducted a full withdrawal from the city.

Israeli forces appear to have launched a new vector of attack in Lebanon, attacking in the direction of Ramiah. Hezbollah reportedly targeted the IDF with an explosive device, while small arms battles continue at this minute.

Rockets launched from Lebanon are heading for Haifa.

Dozens of explosions are reported in Haifa and the area.

Geolocated footage indicates that Russian forces have advanced east of Niu-York and have taken up new positions at a crossroad.

The Russians probably advanced from two directions around the reservoirs, with the main assault vector being through the area with the most trees and on the higher ground. From there they seized a small trench fortification at a crossroad, while other forces captured the rest of a treeline northeast of Niu-York.

Ukrainian forces responded by dropping grenades from drones on the new Russian positions, killing and wounding at least 4 soldiers.

Geolocated footage indicates that Russian forces made a marginal advance of ~370m in a westerly direction along a railway line, seizing new positions in the windbreaks.

Ukrainian forces responded by striking a position with an FPV drone, killing one Russian soldier.

Reports from reliable sources indicate that Russian forces have likely advanced in eastern Zaporizhzhia oblast and captured the 2-building "settlement" of Levadne.

If true - considering the way the treelines are situated here, they likely advanced up the treeline which reaches the western part of Levadne, and entered the houses from there while also clearing the forest plantations to the south.

The Russian positions to the south of Levadne, which are on the high ground, also likely played a part as they allowed for better surveillance over Ukrainian positions here.

There are reports of 20 Israeli casualties (KIA & WIA) over the past few hours as a result of ongoing clashes in Ramiah.
