As everyone focuses on Syria, war continues to rage in the Gaza strip. A couple of hours ago, the IDF withdrew from the "Indonesian Hospital" in eastern Jabalia, Northern Gaza.

They conducted a three-day operation there, demolishing residential buildings surrounding it, and shelling the vicinity.

After they withdrew, Palestinian locals reported that part of the hospital had been destroyed, and that an explosive robot was detonated as they left.

Meanwhile in the central part of the Gaza strip, Israeli warships continue to bomb the coastal areas of the Nuseirat refugee camp. Limited incursions also occur from time-to-time with the likely goal of destroying the remnants of Hamas stationed there.

So much has changed since then...

A short while ago, an Israeli airstrike targeted a residential building in the Al-Rimal neighborhood in central Gaza city. Palestinian sources reported that at least 7 people were killed, a number of others were wounded, and 6 people are still missing under the rubble.

Battles have erupted in the Palestinian city of Tulkarem, in the West Bank after Israeli forces launched a raid into the city (first video).

Meanwhile in the town of Silat al-Dahr, south of the city of Jenin (also in the West Bank), Small-arms battles broke out. Explosive devices were also detonated by the Jenin battalion against the advancing Israeli forces (second video).
