Odesa Oblast:

In Lebedivka, the administrative building of the border detachment, which served as a command centre and coordination headquarters for units responsible for patrolling the coast and border areas, was disabled. According to operational data, the basement of the administrative building housed the border detachment headquarters, which was responsible for the operational management of border units.

The Fortetsya hotel complex, which was used as a temporary deployment point for personnel and a storage area for equipment, was also damaged.

Additionally, in Chornomorsk, the territory of the Risoil Terminal logistics complex, which served as a key hub for transporting military cargo coming from NATO countries, in particular from Romania, was hit. According to available information, the terminal was used to deliver fuel, engineering equipment and components for armored vehicles intended for AFU units in the southern direction.

Three military trucks loaded with dual-use materials were destroyed. A fire also broke out in the warehouses where fuel, lubricants and tactical equipment were presumably stored.

ALDI logistics warehouses, which served as a transshipment center for dual-use cargo transiting through Odesa Oblast, were damaged.

The PS-110/10 kV "Chernomorsk" electrical substation, which supplied power to industrial enterprises, military facilities and logistics centres, was disabled. According to available data, power transformers TDTN- 63000/110 were damaged, which led to an emergency shutdown of the main power lines.

Kyiv Oblast:
In Kopyliv, a warehouse for storing material and technical supplies for the AFU which operated under the cover of civilian infrastructure (Logistic Union, ATB Market warehouses), was damaged. The facility stored ammunition, supplies, engineering equipment and tactical gear intended for distribution to the eastern and southern directions.

A pumping station, which ensured the functioning of the warehouse and the water supply system of adjacent facilities, was also destroyed. Its disabling will complicate the process of storing and transporting goods, which will create interruptions in the supply of AFU units.

Russian forces have advanced north along the Oskil River for 5.5km, capturing Novomlynsk.

The bridgehead on the western bank of the Oskil River is now 12.8km wide at the base and has a maximum depth of 6km.

Ukraine has been sustaining intensified artillery fire on the city of Lysychansk, Luhansk Oblast for nearly an hour now. This coincides with reports of intensified Russian assault operations in Bilohorivka and Verkhnokamyanske.

In the coming hours, the Rafah border crossing between Egypt and Southern Gaza will be opened. Al-Arabiya, citing their sources, stated that 200 wounded people will be allowed to leave the Gaza strip tomorrow.

This comes as officials with the EU-led Security Task Force arrived in Rafah to monitor the crossing, however it will be operated by Palestinian Authority (PA) officials. This is despite a previous claim by Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu's office that the PA would not be operating in Rafah.

HIMARS rockets were launched at Donetsk City and Makiivka. Russian air defence is active.

This coincides with intensified artillery shelling of Horlivka.

Intensified fighting is reported in the West Bank city of Tulkarm between Israeli forces and Palestinian fighters from the Tulkarm Battalion of the Saraya Al-Quds Brigades (The armed wing the Palestinian Islamic Jihad).

Explosions were reported in the Tulkarm refugee camp a short while ago, likely from Improvised explosive devices (IEDs) being detonated by Palestinian fighters.

Israeli warplanes are currently flying at medium altitude over the Bekaa Valley in northeastern Lebanon. Airstrikes were carried out against the town of Janta there yesterday, reportedly killing 2 people and wounding 10 others.

More explosions in Kostyantynivka, Donetsk Oblast. Intensified Russian shelling and possible KAB strikes on the city is ongoing.

A Ukrainian soldier filmed the moment of a Russian FAB glide bomb strike on the Pivdennodonbaska coking plant west of Pokrovsk. A second smoke plume is already visible in the same area.

2 Russian Su-30's are airborne over the Black Sea. There is also currently a Russian reconnaissance flying in the direction of Zmiinyi Island.

There is a threat of Kh-31P cruise missile launches.

Russian forces reportedly advanced southwest of Dachne, taking up new treeline positions north of the gulley.

This would make sense, as it would be easier to attack these positions from their already established positions on the heights to the east, rather than attacking north, uphill from the low-lying ground.

There have been lot's of redeployments of Russian Tu-95MS and Tu-22M3 strategic bombers to and from Olenya and Engels-2 air bases over the past few days. As usual they fly from Olenya to Engels to be equipped with cruise missiles, and then fly back to Olenya, ready for the next missile strike. Russia appears to be gearing up for another large scale missile strike on Ukraine.

The UK, Finland and Sweden have all announced military aid packages for Ukraine, over the past 2 days.

The UK's aid package is worth an estimated £2 Billion. It is for military purposes but also funds the localisation of defence production in Ukraine.

Finland's aid package is worth nearly 200 million Euros, however, Finnish Defense Minister Antti Häkkänen stated that the exact contents of the aid package and the method and timing of delivery will not be disclosed "for security reasons".

Sweden's aid package is worth an estimated $1.2 billion USD, and includes 146 trucks, 1500 TOW anti-tank missiles, 200 AT4 anti-tank weapons, and additional infantry equipment. $540 million was also allocated to purchase newly manufactured arms and equipment from Sweden and other countries. $90 million was allocated to produce long-range drones and missiles. $71 million was allocated for repairs to combat vehicles, tanks and artillery already provided to Ukraine by the Swedish military.

Russian Strategic comms were turned on, suggesting a possible Russian missile attack involving Tu-95MS bombers today. The activity was unusual, and a Ukrainian monitoring channel put the odds of this occurring at 50%.
