If India does go to war with Pakistan, then they've been planning it for months, and the Pahalgam was a clearly planned justification.

Additionally, if India does go to war with Pakistan, this means they have received explicit permission from global powers to do so, including the U.S. – which shows me that something larger is being planned.

The response by western powers over any potential Indian war against Pakistan will be very telling to any western involvement or explicit permission.

Two Russian MiG-31K aircraft departed from Savasleika Air Base in Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. Threat of Kinzhal hypersonic missile launches. All of Ukraine is under an air raid alert.

No launches will take place. They are redeploying to Akhtubinsk Air Base in Astrakhan Oblast due to the threat of Ukrainian UAVs for Nizhny Novgorod Oblast. The aircraft are flying at normal speeds which further rules out the possibility of launches, and are expected to reach Akhtubinsk shortly.
