This is 5th Supreme Court Nullification/Audit of their unconstitutional practice of banning filming in public areas and restricting my movements.

This has been an issue all across the state. I've successfully nullified Manchester, Concord, Brentwood and others. There is no force of law behind the court order which is simply legislation from the bench. From what I understand about when it first came about was because of Free Staters who were filming in court, etc.

Regardless whether you like Free Staters or not, filming and taking pictures is a first amendment protected activity and is up to the individual to know this and speak with their feet.

Thankfully the bailiff did not hit the panic alarm, this time. But he did admit that he's under instruction to hold me up and try trespassing me even though it never works. Pretty sure it was Trooper Provenza who showed up. That's the guy that signed all the Noble 9 arrests. He said that things are being discussed on what they are doing.

I suggested that the order be rescinded, but, if I know the state, they will probably be trying to create an actual law, or amend an existing law in order to criminalize it. I hope they do because I'll 110% get arrested over that in order to challenge it in the courts. #FAFO

After that I went to conduct my business at 4 other locations. There were no issues anywhere else. Just at Concord where a new bailiff started to say something but he was swiftly corrected by the other guys. Additionally, the clerks at Concord, Brentwood and the Supreme Court have been great.

To sum up here, the judge that put out this order needs to rescind this thing and all the signs that say no filming need to go. That's the only viable solution that is in line with the Constitutions.

This bill creates an exemption from the criminal code for orderly and peaceful assembly:

1 New Paragraph; Breaches of the Peace and Related Offenses; Disorderly Conduct. Amend RSA 644:2 by inserting after paragraph VI the following new paragraph:

VII. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, it shall not be a crime or violation to peacefully assemble, demonstrate, or protest in a public place in an orderly and peaceful manner. Any municipal ordinance that is contrary to this paragraph shall be void and without effect. In this paragraph, "orderly manner" means not engaging in conduct prohibited under paragraph II(c) or paragraph III of this section.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage."
